I am looking for a four bedroom, three bath house or condo for June '07.
Found one in High Grove community through Small World Escapes. Does anyone know anything about area? About SWE? Also welcome suggestions for any other reliable rental agencies. Thanks...

I've never actually heard of the mang. company or the development. I'm sure someone will be able to help on that though.

We've always rented direct from the owners. We found that we could save more than enough money to make it worth our while this way. Usually 20-30%. You might wanna take a look and see if it's something that might work for you. You could check sites like:

I just rented a 4 bedroom Villa in Davenport Fla for 6/1/07 to 6/9/07 for $1290. I rented from vbro.com. You might check out that website, it has alot of rentals. The one I rented is alittle more fancy than some others, My DH wanted it to be really nice since it's our vacation. It has a Lanai and also a deck overlooking the lake. It has a game room and a pool table along with other extras. You can look at it if you want, just go to vrbo.com and put in #40175. I looked at alot of different websites and alot of houses and villas before I made my mind up on this one. I spend about a week looking for hours at a time on the internet. You can rent one for as low as $700 a week, it just depends on what you want. Some houses are very plain with just the basics in them, we wanted one a little nicer since we plan on spending about 2 to 3 days just hanging around the pool. I also wanted one that had a BBQ which some don't. We went to WDW in Sept 06 and it cost us $1000 for the same amount of days that we are staying in the Villa and that was at Pop Century. I also found a really good deal on a rental car for June 07 so if you need any help or have any questions just ask. I hope the info helps you.

....and welcome to the Dis!! :wave2: :wave2:

High Grove, like isla bonita said, is a little further north on the 27.

We stayed in Glenbrook last year, and that was 7 miles from WDW...so don't forget to add in a little extra travel time for your day:)

You can also have a look at our Review Board - just up top, there - a few homes reviewed by Dis'ers are there..and we like renting direct form owners themselves as well.
