House of Blues questions....

House of Blues is one of my husbands favorite restaurants at WDW so we are going to make it a point to get there this trip. I am looking for discounts. Restaurant. com doesn't have them listed - last time we went I used one of their certificates there.

When I searched the board for House of Blues a thread came up about the coupon booklet you get mailed to you when you book a package. Back in August it had a coupon for 20% off a HOB table service meal. Can anyone who's been more recently confirm whether this coupon is still in the books?

I found a coupon on orlandocouponsfree. com for 15% but it looks like one of the cards that are sometimes handed out and all I can do is print it off in black and white. I don't know if this will fly or not.
I'd rather use the one from the coupon booklet if it's still in there.

We booked a package but it's not paid off yet and we haven't received the paperwork and tags etc. yet as we're still 99 days out.

As Much as I can remember Restaurant.com has had the discount certificates on and off... years ago it was always there... but from what I saw when they do have them in recent times it is only high value ones with 100 minimum purchase. Try signing up on the house of Blues website you may be able to get something that way... I think with new DS you will see less and less promotions to any place at DS as there is a lot more traffic these days making incentives unneeded... Years ago when pleasure island was open House of Blues never ran promotions as the bar was always crowded. While they do serve food the real $$ income comes from drinks as it is really a bar not a restaurant and that is what they are hoping you will be ordering when you eat there.

I visited the House of Blues last April and had a wonderful meal. I believe they gave me a 10-15% discount for being a DVC member.
