Hey guys, I found this info on another thread on the board in another area but thought I would share.

House of Blues is on http://www.restaurant.com/ $25 gift cert can be purchased for $3 when you use the code "LUCKY"

$35 minimum purchase, 18% gratuity added prior to discount. Shouldn't be hard to spend $35.

Can this be used at the DTD location? It reads a different location. I wonder!

I stand corrected! I found the DTD one! Thank you so much for the headsup Mommy2allyandaveri! :)

I did it, thanks for the heads up. So if this works my meal will be $3 + any cost over $25 (so min. is $10) + 18% gratuity. A $50 meal will actually cost $37 with tip. Not bad.

Awesome deal! I picked up two of the certificates for our upcoming trip and can't wait to eat there!

Look at #1 on the terms and conditions "Limit one redemption per party, per month, per restaurant".

#2 says "Limit 1 restaurant specific gift cert. per redemption. Only one cert. can be used per party, even if party is sitting at seperate tables and/or receives more than one check"

Maybe you could eat there twice in 1 trip?? I don't know. It looks like the restaurant calls a number to validate the certificate. Don't know if that happens at the time you pay or they do that later??

You're right on the terms and they do call to validate the certificate when you present it, but DH bought one and I bought one. We'll probably use one for breakfast and the other for a late lunch. Plus, if I'm right, California law doesn't allow these to expire so we can use them on future trips as well.

Thanks! I picked up 2 of these as well. My dh says California law does prohibit expiration dates on gift certificates so I will use one on a future trip. :thumbsup2

Good to have this confirmed. I was thinking that I had seen this in another thread. We have one for the Sandbox Grille that we didn't get to use on the last trip do I was hoping we could still use it.

Thanks for posting the deal, I just bought one. I never thought restaurant.com would have anything at Disneyland. We use it all the time at home.

so they can actually verify that you have already used a cert. for the month???

bought two and in the area april 3-7

I don't know how advanced their systems are and have never actually tried to use two certs at the same restaurant within a month. I do know they call restaurant.com when you arrive and present the certificate. I also know that I always receive a survey after using one of the certificates, so I do think it's possible for them to know that you've used two within a month.

Thanks for the tip! We are going to DLR today to see EP so I went ahead and got one in case we all want to try eating there for dinner tonite. If not I know I can use it later.

For those who have eaten there, can you give some recommendations? Also, are the meals sharable? We tend to share meals alot, especially while at Disney so we don't get too full (just in case we want some ice cream later:goodvibes)

a common theme in the reviews i have read is to get the corn bread
