House Fire

Hi DIS board community!

Wednesday morning I lost a good majority of my house to a house fire and I just need some happy thoughts. Everyone is ok including our pets. An electrical short in our oven was the cause of the fire. My room, in particular, was in pretty good shape except for smoke damage. My Disney collection made it out ok, so I am very grateful. Just asking for prayers and happy thoughts. Thanks!

It must be so hard to go through that! I'm glad both people and pets made it out, but I imagine it was so scary at the time, and complicated now as you replace practical things like IDs, etc.

You asked for happy thoughts, so mine is to think of any previously wanted changes this is going to allow you make, and to look ahead.
