Hours of operation

Is there any place that tells you the normal opening and closing hours of the different restaurants? More so the ones in the resorts as I suppose the ones in the park close around the same time the parks do.

For example if we have a light late lunch on the run and decide to eat a main meal after park hours(so I do not get ill going upside down on a roller coaster with my DD! LOL!) what will still be open?

If you go to Deb's site and click on the menus of the resort you want to eat at, some of the menus have the hours of operation.
