Hours of operation for DVC reservation line?

Hello to my fellow DVCers!

Does anyone know the hours for the DVC reservation line? I know the phone lines open at 9 am but I can't remember when the close. I'm at work and there's many non-mouse ears around. I'd like to wait until I get home to check for availability but I can't remember what time the lines close for the night...

9:00am to 5:30pm Eastern Time, 7 Days a week. They are closed for major US holidays.

Thank you for the response....sadly I didn't get home in time. I'll try again tomorrow. I sure wish they would create an online reservation system for dvc.

Well, there is, sort of. You can send a reservation request by e-mail. There is a form for that on the members website.

You can enter 2 accomodation choices. When I used this form recently, I even gave a 3rd choice in the notes field.

I think they usually reply within 24 hours to online bookings. If they have a match, they will book it for you, if not, they should get back with what they still have available at that moment and then it's probably better to call, otherwise those might be gone by the time they open your e-mail again.

Of course this only works with bookings which aren't time sensitive or not for high-demand periods.
