Hours of First Aid Stations

Are the First Aid Stations open the entire time the park is open? What about Magical Early or Late hours? I would like to know the answer for both Disneyland and also Disneyworld. I am hoping to have them store an oxygen tank for me while I am in the park.

They are open from the time the first Guests are allowed in the park (and this can be for pre-opening dining) until at least 30 minutes after Park Closing. And this does include EMH as the Park is open. And this policy is at both WDW and DLR.
