Hours of booking phone line?

What times are the phone line to make resort reservations open? ANd what days? Are there days/times that the phone line is closed to make reservations? It seems like this should be an easy question but I can't find the answer on the WDW website

Phone lines open every morning at 7:00 am Eastern. Can't remember what time in the evening they close down. Open every day.

As the pp said, the phone lines open at 7 a.m. Eastern and I think they close at 10 p.m. Eastern.
