Hours in November??

We're making our first trip to Disney with DS (3) and DD (1). Because we NEED to work naps in our day is somewhat cut short. I'm trying to get an idea of what times the parks close during that period, so I can begin to plan. (Generally it wouldn't be a big deal, but I don't want to make PS for dinner at 5:30 if the parks are still running then. Because we're a large group--8--I figure I should make them sooner, rather than later). Also, does park closing time dictate when fireworks will be? (For example we'd love to see WISHES)

I know the hours aren't out yet, but does anyone have any historical data? (Its veteran's Day weekend).

As far as crowds, I'd call them moderate. Just try to stay clear of the MK on Sat. and holidays.
