Hours in month of February

Doing a 6 day trip in February to Disney and Universal. Does the hours of operation change at all those times of year?

Really depends on exactly when and what parks. Feb has a pretty wide range of park hours since it has a combination of slow times, a major holiday weekend, a runDisney event, and a few other influences.

Taking MK for example, which tends to have the most fluctuations in hours of any of the parks, generally speaking.... Feb 2018 looked like:

8am-6pm - 1 day (special event that night)
8am-11pm - 1 day
8am-12am - 3 days

9am-8pm - 4 days
9am-9pm - 7 days
9am-10pm - 8 days
9am-11pm - 2 days
9am-12am - 2 days

Those same dates this year at MK had:

8am-12am - 1 day
9am-12am - 1 day
9am-10pm - 1 day
8am-6pm - 1 day
9am-9pm - 3 days

Sort of a crazy fluctuation!

Epcot is nearly always 9am-9pm that time of year.

HS was pretty much 9pm-8pm that time this year, but who knows what they'll do this year with TSL.

AK had a mix of 8am-8pm, 9am-8pm, and 8am-9pm hours during that time this year.

Massive caveat in that past performance is not indicative of future results when it comes to Disney prk hours. I'd only use these as a general frame of reference, but keep an eye on parks hours between now and then (especially around a month out) to keep up with the latest.
