Hours for walk-ins at DVC Preview Center?

I know I've read this here; I've searched but must not be using the right terms. Is the DVC Preview Center open from 1-4 for walk-in visits? We might want to see the CCV models in May but don't want to make an appointment - we're not serious about buying!

12-4 is what I was told at an MK kiosk two days ago. By all appearances they take people over on the hour and possibly on the half hour.
