hours for resort dining

Is there somewhere I can locate the hours for some of the resort sit down dining? DH has given me the go ahead to plan a quick trip (just for the 2 of us ) and I'd like to see what late dining options we have for our arrival day. I haven't booked our flight yet, but am thinking we'll be arriving later in the evening. Thanks for any help!

I have a similar question. Many sites list the hours for character meals but not resort restaurants. I am interested in what time the Kona Cafe and Whisper Canyon Cafe open - I am trying to plan our mornings.
