Hours for Lunch Menus

For February, we are planning a morning/early afternoon in Epcot, then heading to Big River Grille at the Boardwalk for a late lunch/early dinner before going to Cirque. Does anyone know when they switch to the dinner menu? Dad NEEDS to have their BBQ Pork Sandwich, which is only on the lunch menu. We ate there before at 2 pm and it was still lunch. I'm assuming they change over at 4 pm, as that seems to be how it is in the "outside" world...but not sure about "Disney" time!
