Hours for Big Thunder Ranch BBQ

I can't see on the DL website the hours BTR BBQ is open. I thought we would just try to do a walk up but knowing the hours it is open would help, because even when I am trying to be spontaneous I am planning in my mind.

I don't know the answer to this but maybe if you call Disney Dining @ (714)781-DINE they can give you an answer. I'm going to call also because I would like to know what time their lunch ends and dinner begins.

Opens everyday at 11:30, closing time depends on park closing hours. If the park closes at 8:00, the Ranch closes at 6:30. If the park closes later, then the Ranch stays open until 7:30. Don't rely on being able to walk in at the last minute - there are often waits at dinner, and if the wait is long you may be turned away much earlier - UNLESS you have made a reservation. Reservations can be made up to 60 days ahead of time, either at the Ranch or through Disney Dining (714-781-DINE).

The menu changes from lunch to dinner at 4:00; after 4, a smoked sausage is added to the meats and corn on the cob is added to the sides, and the adult price goes up. On early close days the live entertainment starts at 11:30. On later close days, the entertainers don't start until 12:30.
