Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri. - 9:00 am - 5:30 Eastern Time

Thurs - 9:00 am - 10:00 Eastern Time

Sat - 1:00-5:00 Eastern Time

Sunday - closed

I am not a member but I am looking to buy. I wondered what hours I can call and talk to a guide about a new purchase. Till 5:30 on mon, tues weds, fri seems early for us who work.

Guides all have there own hours as well. Our guide has 2 late days a week where there available until 9p EST.

When you get assigned a guide you will find out there hours.

The hours are worse for us on the west coast.

When I first joined... the hours were shorter than they are now... so they are improving... but they still have a long way to go IMHO.
