Hotwire?

Am trying to book Cocoa Beach, Holiday Inn. Would like to get best price
so I went through Hotwire. Gave them the address and they gave me a price. The map showed the exact location of Holiday Inn. Do you think that is the same hotel that I requested?

Try doing some research on www.betterbidding.com they have identified lots of hotel on Hotwire.

I use Hotwire as often as possible. What I do is check what hotel chains are listed for the star rating they give. Then I will check the neighborhood for hotels that fall under that star rating. Then see which of those have the same amenities as listed on the hotwire description. Every time I have been able to figure out which hotel I was going to end up with.

I think I have alot more practicing to do....it definitely takes alot of time to research and read those boards.

Thanks, I think I'm going to try this. The only hotel in Cocoa Beach w/ a 2 and 1/2 star rating is Holiday Inn. DH use to stay their as a child all the time on vacation. I don't think its worth $249. a night so we want to try priceline to get it cheaper...way cheaper.

This might help too...
Search Hotwire and find something you'd be interested in. Note the * rating and amenities. Next search the same dates but book it as a package, either with airfare or with car rental. When you shop for a package, it will name the hotels. Sometimes, when there's not a lot of inventory it's easy to match them up.
