I never got a confirmation email. I sent them an email asking how I could get the $10 back and they said to print up the email they sent me (the reply to the question) and the confirmation you get when you purchase something (the last screen is the confirmation, it tells you to print it)
So that's what I did, I sent it in last week. I'll let you know what happens

I have not gotten an e-mail confirmation - I also called because I wanted to know about the $10 back - they clarified (and when I re-read the membership docs online - they were right) that you get the $10 after using "Hotwire" not "Hotwire Savings Club". The confirmation e-mail you are to print is apparently the confirmation of a reservation you've made through Hotwire.
I got the same incorrect information when I went through this. It was quite an ordeal to get my $10, but I was finally able to do so by writing a letter to the address on the savings club website. Apparently they don't train their phone reps very well. They got me quite aggravated.
The person who responded to my letter was very professional. She called to apologize and to say the check would be forthcoming. It arrived in just a few days.
Last year I got my $10 back from the Disney meal vouchers I ordered through the Savings Club.
This year I tried the same thing and have not received it yet, which is okay because I've been a member for three months and they've never billed me for my membership! Guess it works out in the end...to my benefit.

I ended up doing the same thing. I made a copy of the page listing the $10 offer. I also copied the order confirmation page and mailed both to them. Hopefully, this will work. Thanks to all for your help.
