I hope you used a credit card. Call the CC company and explain your situation. Put a stop on the CC for that transaction. I have done it on a different situation. Good luck

don't go to the dis store, you can go to ticketmania.com and get a discount, they can mail them, send them to the hotel or you can pick them up, as a matter of fact if you order them after a certain time before your trip they will not ship them they make sure you will get them in time

I was tempted to buy my tickets from hotwire, and I know a lot of people have gotten them no problems. But mousesaver's pointer to the BBB's finding against connections was enough to scare me off. After reading that, I am not surprised *one little bit* that they refuse to cancel the purchase, even though they can't ship them, and don't know when they can.

What article with BBB about connections-are my meal vouchers that did go through not going to be any good. I spent 175.00 on them.

The BBB complaint had to do with joining the Connections program and their membership fees and billing for their program. It had nothing to do with the validity of certificates which Hotwire sells. I have ordered oodles of gift cards from Hotwire and all arrived and worked perfectly. I have also ordered park tickets and vouchers which came quickly and will be used next week.
