I joined Last Minute Travel Club using a similar code. I want to book the Hyatt MCO next March for one night. How late can I cancel to get a full refund?

I don't think you can cancel.

Well, you wouldn't get your money back if you did.

We got the Hyatt at MCO for the first Saturday in Sept, the penalty for cancellation is one nights stay, so if you only booked one night you would not get a refund if you booked with Last Minute Travel Club. We lucked out and paid $92 total but now DH is sick so if we don't go, we will loose the $92.

I got a full refund just two weeks ago. I booked two rooms at mco Hyatt through lmt. Ended up needing only one and got a refund with no problem. It was in the fine print that I could cancel within a certain timeframe.

Thanks for the clarification, I'll go check the small print again but I think I am outside the window. I leave in 13 days.

There are two websites to check for availability. One is last minute travel and the other is last minute travel CLUB. On the latter website, I can not find a definitive statement saying how late I can cancel. I emailed them ,and the reply just referred me back to the website...:confused3

When I was on the first website last minute travel, the online person said I could cancel 3 days before.

So now I am totally confused....

Here is what the email said about the cancellation policy:

Hotel cancellations or changes made 3 day/s prior to check in time (Noon local hotel time), will be subject to 1 night/s fee
Hotel cancellations or changes made 1 day/s prior to check in time (Noon local hotel time), will be subject to a full fare fee
No-show is subjected to a full fare fee

Ok. That's why I will still lose my deposit because I'm only booking one night. I wonder what the policy with a stay certificate is?

Please call them and ask, I had only booked one night and got a full refund. It doesn't matter how many nights you booked for. :thumbsup2
