Hotwire and sales tax & shipping?

Do the prices for park hopper tickets listed here for Hotwire include sales tax? If not, how much is tax and do they offer expedited shipping?

Yes. It includes sales tax. Hotwire also offers expedited shipping.
I used expedited shipping the first time, I thnik I received in about 3 days. I have since ordered 5 to 6 times with standard delivery and I think the average time for delivery is about 4 to 5 days.
