hotwire $10 rebate

I signed up for hotwire, made my purchase and the $10 rebate form disappeared. I called hotwire a few times and each time they keep telling me that the icon for the rebate form does not disappear after enrolling. If you are a member of hotwire, can you please check and see if you still have the $10 rebate form icon. If you do and you have access to a fax machine, can you fax it to me. You can pm me and I will give you my fax number. Thanks in advance.

No fax machine here, but my form did not dissapear... I have seen others who posted w/ the same issue.

My icon didn't disappear after enrolling, but it did after I placed my first order.

Since I had read that there was a problem with the icon disappearing, I printed out my page before placing my order.

They sell the actual tickets and you can just go to the parks and right to the turnstyle and stick them in the machine.
