HOTHS Wish cruises - Jack and Sally?

I was reading a review of a Halloween on the High Seas cruise on the Wish from 2022 and the reviewer was disappointed that Jack and Sally didn't make an appearance for a character meet. I know all the ships don't have the same offerings even for the same events, so I was wondering if anyone who went in 2023 could confirm that they weren't onboard (or let me know if they were). My kids were really looking forward to meeting them, especially my eldest who is a big fan of the film and knows all the songs. We've never tried to meet them at MNSSHP because the line is always at least two hours long, and our cruise doesn't line up to attend a MNSSHP before or after this year anyway. Thanks!

I have the Personal Navigators from a Disney Wish HOTHS Cruise from Oct 2023 (found at DisneyCruiseLineBlog.com) and they did not appear then.
