Which hotels have free shuttles to/from DL (not ART) We always stay at Hojo, but we are bringing my mom this time and she does not want to walk THAT long (It's really not a bad walk!) so which ones have shuttles? Ones that come with breakfast would be a bonus too :)

Right off the bat, I'd recommend Candy Cane Inn. They have a free nice breakfast and a free dedicated shuttle.

Sheraton Anaheim, has a free dedicated shuttle that leaves every half hour.
No free breakfast, though.

Do you know how long after the park closes that the shuttle comes? I have heard good things about CCI. I will check out Sheraton Anaheim also. Free breakfast is not a necessity, but it would be nice!

The CCI shuttle runs an hour after park closing I believe. I can't remember for sure but that sounds about right. We only stayed there once.

The Hyatt, Crowne Plaza & Sheraton all share a shuttle, they are farther down Harbor near the Target so you definitely need a shuttle to get back & forth. But, as far as I know none of these have a free breakfast.

The Anaheim Sheraton (The one that looks like a Bavarian Castle) has it's own dedicated shuttle that leaves every half hour. I didn't realize that the Park Sheraton had a shuttle at all - so it has a shared shuttle w/ Hyatt and Crown Plaza?

Sheraton (that looks like a castle) had what I would term a bus; big, roomy, comfy seats. If the "last" run is full, they'll come back.

One bonus about this Sheraton: the rooms are HUGE. I believe they advertise them to be 500 sq feet. You can also get connecting room (these are available at CCI as well). Second bonus: Beds are soooooo comfy. I thought they were better than CCI AND better than GCH beds. Nice hotel. We've always gotten great service.

If that's the one down by the CP and Target then yes, the last time we stayed at CP we went to the Sheraton after we got on the bus. It goes to the Hyatt first, then to CP, then to the Sheraton. We haven't stayed at the CP for a while so that may not be the case now.

So another question about hotel shuttles...do I need to use car seats in them? If I do what am I supposed to do with the car seats while we are at the parks? That seems like a big pain to lug 3 car seats around and if I need them I will probably pick a hotel I can walk to.

I think if you tried to take a car seat onto the shuttle you'd probably get laughed at. I know that sounds rude but it's true, there aren't seat belts on most of the shuttles I've taken, if you have smaller children just hold them on your lap. :) You CAN take strollers, but the stroller must be folded before you can get on the shuttle.

Candy Cane Inn has a dedicated free shuttle that leaves every half hour. I have never seen anyone bring a car seat. The shuttle is free as well as a great breakfast. I love staying there!

Thanks, glad to hear I won't have to lug 3 car seats around!
