Hotels w/i walking dist. to Univ. City Walk

does anyone know of which hotels, outside of the 3 universal resort hotels (too expensive), are within walking distance of universal citywalk or offers complimentary shuttle service until 3am? or if the resorts typically offer reduced rates for 3/2012? we are just staying the night to go to citywalk and don't want to have to drive or spend alot.

There are only 3 onsite hotels. You can walk from any of the hotels on Major Blvd. Go to googlemaps.com and check out the hotels on Major Blvd and then check their rates.

on the 1st and 2nd page of this forum, there have been recent discussions of the different off site hotels.

lot of info in them that might help you.
i don't know of any shuttle that runs to 3 in the morning.

mears cuts off it's last shuttle of their run from uo to wdw around 1:30-ish in the morning on hhn nights.
