Hotels that give you the express pass?

Three years ago, we stayed at the Royal Pacific and received express passes for the length of stay. Is that still available? Are there any other hotels that are now available with the express pass? Because we are going over Thanksgiving, I definitely want the express pass for the length of our stay. We will probably stay at Royal Pacific again, but want to look at other options.

Just know that there won't be express passes for the new park, it's only for Studios and Islands of Adventure
