Hotels near Hollywood Studio walkable?

Looking at this map, I wondered about the feasibility of choosing any of the nearby hotels for a walking trip to Hollywood Studios. The pictures shows 1 to 2 miles from Carib Beach, PopCentury, or Coronado. Swan & Dolphin look more walkable.

A 2-mile walk each way is fine with me, I have a high level of fitness for my work, but an wondering if the heavy or high-speed use of the nearby roads make it unwise to walk.

Any thoughts? Swan/Dolphin aren't really budget-priced anymore, so trying to expand my acceptable area.

(I tried to include a map but don't know how to host it online).

Walking on roadways with no sidewalks at WDW is prohibited.

If there are sidewalks, have at it.

The first three aren't walkable. No sidewalks.

That's what I was thinking.
But, walking from Swan & Dolphin to/through Epcot or to DHS or to/from the other Epcot area resorts is fine.

The Hollywood Tower Hotel is really close. But they have a problem with guests disappearing. So I don't recommend staying their.

The Villas at the south end of the Boardwalk are extremely walkable to DHS.

Your options are the Boardwalk, the Yacht Club, the Beach Club, the Swan, and the Dolphin. That's it. Nothing else is walkable.

Others are correct, your options for walking are BWI, BC, YC, Swan and Dolphin. We walked from BC and BWI and it wasn't a bad walk. Seemed quicker than the boat.

OP Disney property is engineered to limit/prevent lots of walkers. what looks accessible on a map isn't IRL. (can you imagine the possibilities sidewalks would open for those of us who don't mind a long walk?);)

Caribbean Beach is walkable if you don't mind walking across a bit of grass from the Aruba bus stop to the crosswalk near the fire station. Doesn't require walking along any roadways.

Grass is fine. This sounds do-able, and is only 1 mile from that bustop! I see the walkway on the north side of Buena Vista drive goes all the way west to the Epcot/Hollywood connector path, which goes to the Hollywood entrance.

My only concern: after leaving Aruba, I'd have to cross Buena Vista Dr. I don't see a crosswalk at the BuenaVista/VictoryWay intersection...maybe it just isn't visible in the aerial photos?

Caribbean Beach is mostly hidden behind the key in Robo's map, above - but once one made it across the crosswalk, the options are through the woods or along the roadway.

This probably isn't the best idea - lots of snakes and wildlife in the grass in Florida!

Actually it's not that bad - once you make it across the crosswalk to the north side of Buena Vista, there's a nice sidewalk that will take you right to the walking path from Epcot to the Studios.

And getting to the crosswalk from the CBR parking lot isn't much of a problem, as it's walking mostly across fairly closely-mown grass. (Hence less of an issue with critters.)
