I don't pretend to be a Universal planning expert, but the more I read on these boards and elsewhere, the more I think this might be a tip worth sharing.
We enjoyed a trip this January with a 1-night stay at HRH. For many years, I always use Hotels.com to book rooms, anywhere. Out of habit, mostly, I priced HRH and got a club level room for $361. The more I'm reading, the more I think that was probably a decent deal. I realize it was off season, but for comparison, the same room in July is more than double that. Hotels.com does not seem to charge more for more people, as well.
Anyway, just mentioning as something to keep an eye on during your planning.
