Hotels close to Universal

Hi All,

I'm looking for a hotel within walking distance to Universal, if there is such a thing!

Any advice would be appreciated...

All of the 3 onsite hotels are within walking distance. If you were talking about other hotels the ones on Major Blvd are close. We stayed at the Doubletree Universal in Dec 07 and it was about a 10 min walk plus they had a shuttle to take you to the parks. A taxi to the hotels on Major Blvd only costs around $6.
