Room Recommendations around DL:

Well, all the Disney owned Hotel rooms are full for the 17th and 18th. So, what neighbor hotels do you guys recommend? I want to be where I can walk to DL.

But these also get decent reviews

Everyone's opinions are going to be different

My favorites are
Carousel
Del Sol
BW Park Place
Tropicana

These are all right near each other and right across from the main entrance and end up being a close walk than the Disney hotels with the exception of the Grand Californian.

There are other decent hotels in the area, but you're getting into a farther walk. Many people really like the Howard Johnson, but its just a little too far for me at the end of the day.

Thanks for the suggestions. I am doing some research now.

You know, I really wish Disney would add another Disney Owned hotel in CA. Maybe that parking lot behind the Paradise Pier could be used? I don't know - just wish they had another.

I agree jmuboy. Part of the fun of my WDW trips is staying in the great Disney Resorts. I wish there were a couple more in Anaheim to pick from.
