Not Disney related but you guys are the budget travel experts. We need last minute flexible lodging. We MAY have to evacuate (Isabel). I normally use Priceline but if we don't have to leave then the money is gone. Are there online booking sites that allow cancellations or take just reservations w/o a charge? Help! As more and more people make plans the prices are rising.

Normally I look directly at each hotels online website and then call them directly. When you call their toll-free number you can normally put a room on a 4 pm or 6pm hold unless a special event is occuring.
