Does anyone know if you can still use DCL to go from resort to ship if you are not doing a land and sea package?

I believe you can. I know that when I booked my cruise, transfers were offered. The DCL bus picks up only at certain resorts, so you would have to get your luggage to those resorts, if not already staying at one. We chose to rent a car since we are arriving at the port several days before the cruise.
