Hotel Ticket Desks - Hours

Hi

Does anyone know what time the hotel tickets desks close?

We are at Aventura in October and need to pick up annual passes (paid in full) and hhn tickets.

I’d love to be able to pick them up at the hotel on arrival rather than having to go into Citywalk. Reckon the earliest we will arrive is 7pm and it’s a Saturday night so assumed anywhere at the parks or Citywalk where you can pick up tickets will be crazy.
