Hello all. I am planning a trip for maybe in July..I'm thinking..for my bf's bday...anyways, its going to be me, him, my 15 yr old brother, and my future step cousin who is a guy lol..don't ask. anyways, I heard my step cousin snores haha...so we don't think we would actually want to share a room with him..ya i'm cruel but we treasure our sleep lol...so I was looking at suites that are in the park range. Last year we stayed at the hyatt Orange County, standard room, which was $20 to park each nite (ow) but they offered a shuttle to and from the park which we loved and took advantage of when we took a mid-day break. We actually got the room through priceline for $60/night...damn thats good lol

I looked into the 5 for 3 package and honestly I don't think it that great of a deal for me. First we would probably only be there for 3 or 4 days. but even if we did 5 days, i subtracted the tickets from the total, and divided that price by 5 (days). Then i looked online at the hotel's actual site and its cheaper just to book through the site than it is with the 5 for 3 package. Maybe its just the days I am going, who knows lol. I'm planning on going from July 12-16

so back on the hotels. I looked into the Hyatt Orange County again and they have a 1 bedroom suite (a king, or 2 queens, and a pull out sofa). They have the hyatt price gurentee. It states that if u find a price cheaper they will match it and beat it by 20%. with that choice I could get the hyatt for about $130 a nite. WOW! I wish I could do priceline again but I want to make sure the hotel is within walk distance or it offers a comp shuttle to and from the park because that was so conveinent for us last year.

We would also enjoy a continental breakfest. I love to eat! lol...So does anyone know of any hotels within walking distance or has a shuttle and maybe a free breakfest? any suggestions are helpful. Thanks alot guys ! :p

Have you looked at the Portofino Inn? They have a "kid suite" that has two rooms, the 2nd room has a bunk bed and a sleeper sofa. Don't know if that would work for you but thought I would mention it. We haven't stayed there, but checked in out for relatives for our trip in August. It is within walking distance to DL and Gardenwalk.

Staybridge Suites has free breakfast and a 2 BR/2 BA suite (1 king, 2 doubles, and a sofa bed). You'd need to do the ART shuttle.

You may want to look at RI Maingate. Great breakfast.
