Hotel suggestions in Atlanta

Can anyone suggest a clean, decent hotel in Atlanta for us to stop at? We're driving from Kansas City. Thanks!

We've stayed at the Amerisuites Marietta and the Wellesley Inn and Suites Windy Hill and both were clean and safe. We got both through Priceline for about $25/nt. They are just before the Atlanta metro area and we usually arrive about 9pm from Chicago. We like to stop before the crazy traffic of Atlanta because we're usually tired by then and need a clear head and daylight to deal with the traffic. Others prefer to get just past metro Atlanta before stopping so they don't have to deal with the traffic the next day. We usually drive down on a Saturday so the traffic isn't as big an issue as it is with someone who is driving on a weekday, but it is still enough for us to plan to tackle it well-rested.
