Hotel Royal Plaza & EE/magic hour?

When I phoned Hotel Royal Plaza about a month ago I was told that they ARE participating in the new Magic Hour for their guests. I have seen no mention of this anywhere else i.e. on their website, the official Downtown Disney Hotels' site or on here, but instead have heard here and elsewhere that the only Downtown Disney hotel participating in this perk is the Hilton.

Does anyone know for sure? I'm so used to hearing about phone calls to Disney where everyone gives you a different answer and the real truth is only here on the DIS or Mary or Debbie's sites!

Also -- a heads up for others in case this is true.

Good thing I know from these boards to not trust that the person on phone representing the resort actually knows what they're talking about...

Phoned Hotel Royal Plaza again today & after being immediately transferred then put on hold for 20 minutes & phoning back I was told by 1st person --- NO, no Early Entry with them.
