DB's bday is Jan. 29th, and we will *probably* be heading over to DL for the 28th & 29th. We plan to stay at Paradise Pier using our AP rates, and I'm making Blue Bayou 'reservations' for his birthday lunch, but I'm wondering where we might be able to stop and have a drink later that night?
I can find all sorts of info on the hotels and the restaurants, just not the hotel restaurant hours! It will be a Weds and Thurs, so the park closes at 8 (and I know most stuff is open at least an hour later), but what if we want to go around 10 or 11? Will anything be open? It doesn't matter which hotel it's in - we'll walk wherever necessary.
Rainforest Cafe is my backup plan. We can get a burger & fruity drink there if necessary!
Also, where Magic Mornings are concerned, if we stay at Paradise Pier Tues & Weds night OR just Weds night, we can go to MM on Thursday... correct? I just checked the MM thread and I wanna make sure I have this right! Getting DB into the park an hour early and beating lines would be HEAVEN for him. (Plus, with a 10 am opening, 9 am isn't too early!).
I know this is probably ALL covered somewhere on the boards, but if anyone could pitch in...
