Hello all... I am essentially looking for a hotel/resort that has a jacuzzi or hot tub or large bath in the room. Anywhere around Orlando...

Any recommendations?

Only thing that comes to mind is Westgate Lakes Resort in Orlando. It has Jacuzzi in their bathrooms. I saw those when doing a tour. Now, you may make a reservation as hotel, but this is Timeshare.

I looked into this... looks like just the basic room is available... none with the jacuzzi...

Keep em coming :cool1:

Shall I suggest the Portofino Bay Resort on Universal Orlando? I think they have what you are looking for! Other than that, I don't have another resort with a Jacuzzi! The ones I know are at Westgate Lakes and quite they may not be available when you want it.

Hi JolaBean......... :wave2:

A lot of the condo/timeshare places have jacuzzi's in the bedrooms.

I think all of the Marriott's (Cypress Harbor, Grand Vista, Horizon's, etc.), Cypress Pointe and Cypress Pointe Grand Villas, Vistana Resort, Vistana Villages, ................I could go on and on..............

Is this the type of place you are looking for? Do you need two bedrooms or one?

Or are you just looking for a hotel room? That is going to be harder to find, but I'm sure there is someone on here that will chime in who found one.

We just normally stay at 2 bedroom condos. We will be staying at the Radisson Resort Parkway for 3 nights coming up, but I know that doesn't have a jacuzzi.

Thanks for responding. Im essentially just looking for a really nice place, but where i dont have to go to any timeshare presentations or anything.

Only me and my girlfriend going... want a nice room.. with a jacuzzi for 2...

it can be hotel/resort or whatever... willing to pay 150 or less now... give or take

it depends on when you're going...

You could rent points from a DVCer and get a one bedroom at OKW for 16 points...or $160, no tax, in Adventure season.
King bed, jacuzzi, full kitchen/livingroom and washer dryer...best of all, on site:)

HTH!!

OKW sounds wonderful... how do I rent points from an DVCer?

sorry I am a newbie... this is so exciting though! Thanks for all your info... keep it coming! :)

I just booked HGVC (Hilton Grand Vacation Club - International Drive) - 1 bedroom King Suite for $144 a night (Jacuzzi, washer, dryer...etc). My dates are 12/8 - 12/12. I have stayed here before - it's a fairly new (maybe 2 years old?) - right next to the Orlando Premium Outlets (very convenient for my shopping habits!).

I booked through the Hilton website - good luck!

I would definetly check the Cypress Grand Villa's or Cypress Villa's too. You'd want to use the hotelkingdom site to book though. They seem to have the lowest rates.

Also, a lot of hotels would have honeymoon suites w/ what you're looking for. However, that will take a bit more research.

Almost every timeshare resort in the Orlando/Kissimmee/Lake Buena Vista region that offers a 1BR condo with a FULL kitchen (not partial or mini) will have a jacuzzi tub in the MBR. If it's Gold Crown (RCI) or 5 Star (II), this is nearly certain. Look at the other thread for some ideas on the better timeshare resorts, from which to choose.

When looking online, find one with a good price (remember - 1BR w/full kitchen - not a studio or a 1BR w/partial kit). Call the resort to verify that they have what you want. Then book it.

For just the 2 nights (Fri & Sat) you're seeking, I'd check with Vistana Resort (Cascades section), Silver Lake or Fairfield Bonnet Creek. They're very close to WDW and offer nice units w/what you're seeking. Lots of others would work too, like Marriott Grand Vista, either HGVC, Fairfield Cypress Palms. Even the lockoff studio room at Cypress Pointe has an inroom jacuzzi. When you rent by the night, you get daily housekeeping. A timeshare tour is NOT required unless it is explained as a requirement before you book at a special sales promo rate. HTH! :)

Sorry, but for the Fri & Sat nights you want (11/18 & 11/19), DVC OKW 1BR would be 41 points per night = $410+ per night. Weekends are high. :(
