Hotel recommendation please!

dh and I are planning an anniversary trip for 10/20-10-24. Not going to the parks - probably just downtown Disney and hotels for dinner. Is there somewhere close by to stay with a nice pool? The more inexpensive the better but keeping in mind it is our anniversary! We've never stayed off property!! Thank you!

If you guys are planning on spending most of your time at Disney Springs, you may want to check out the Disney Springs hotels as they are walking distance. Just be aware that a lot of them charge parking and/or resort fees:

Try Blue Heron Beach Resort. It is minutes from Disney Springs. The pool is huge and you can walk to mini golf.

Wyndham Lake Buena Vista is where we stay when we want to be within walking distance of Disney Springs. Tower rooms are better than the rooms with outside doors next to sidewalks. The last time I stayed they stopped offering self parking and only had valet parking so be sure to check on that.

Gaylord Palms is really close to Disney Springs but may be higher priced than what you want. On the plus side, you can stay within the resort for dinner, drinks, entertainment.
