In your experience, how do hotels feel about you parking there all day before and after a night's stay? Like if we were going to Disney M-T-W, but only staying Monday and Tuesday night (we have a friend we can stay with close by the other nights) do you think they would let us park there all day Monday, (before check in?) Tuesday, and Wednesday? (after check out?) This will make a big difference in what we decide to do, but it would sure be nice! Thanks!

HoJo doesn't have a problem with it, and the Disney hotels most definitely allow you to park from check-in (remember, you can check in even if your room's not ready!!!! at just about any hotel I've ever stayed in, not just disney hotels) until midnight the day of check-out.

I know the Carousel does not allow you to stay all day. They have very limited parking and I think you had to be out by noonish.

We stayed at the Paradise Pier a few weeks ago and arrived late at night but they allowed us to park in their parking garage until midnight on the night of checkout. I assume they would have no problem if you arrived at 8 a.m. on the day of check-in. BTW, you just have to show your room key if you leave the parking garage so time of check-in really wouldn't matter.

Desert Inn & Suites was the same way when I stayed there several years ago. I think a lot of the smaller motels w/ limited parking on Harbor are the same way. :(

We tried that at Portofino last week, 30$ charge to late check out at 4 pm was all they could offer. Of course that meant keeping the room and parking till 4pm
We skipped the late check out and opted to park in the Minnie and friends, with our new AP/free parking. :)

We've parked at the HoJo, the Tropicana, the BWPPI and the CCI all before and after checking in/out. They have never had a problem with it. Now we don't worry about it because we have the Premium APs so we get free parking, but it's still something to think about. :) We have actually never had a hotel tell us no we could not park there all day, not even the time we checked in at 1 am and checked out the next morning at 8 am, went to the parks all that day and drove home late late late. Our car was still there and just fine. :)

I stayed at the Clarion and I arrived at 7:30 AM (check-in not until 4:00 PM) and left the day of check out around 7:00 PM (check-out time 11:00 AM). They had no problem with this and knew I was going to the parks before checking in and after checking out of the hotel because I had called ahead to ask.

Anaheim Plaza will let you stay parked until Midnight on the day you check out. (mind you, you pay for parking there but it's only like $4 day) Desert Inn will let you stay parked until around 5pm but you must get permission or the security guard could have you towed. Don't know about any other hotels.

We are really looking at Quality Inn & Suites Anaheim at the Park - it seems to be the best bang for our little student loans buck. Do you think I should call ahead or just hope they won't notice? :)
