Hotel on the beach!

I'm looking for a nice, CLEAN, fun hotel on the beach in the Treasure Island, Sarasota, or Fort Myers Beach area.
We stayed at Surf Beach in Treasure Island last Oct, and loved it, but my boys are allergic to salt water, and every time they swam in the pool they broke out in a rash
I wanted to go back to Surf Beach again this year, but the boys want to try a new place.

My MUST HAVES are:
-Clean ++
-On the beach
-Pool (no salt water pool)
-A suite would be a bonus with fridge/microwave
