Hotel Near Parks with good shuttle service

My ds (19), his girlfriend (17) and my parents will be going to Orlando June 1st for three days. I need to make hotel reservations. I will need two rooms (one for the females/one for the males). I would like the hotel to be near Downtown Disney so that my folks have something to do. I would also need shuttle service (prefer free) for the teens to go to Disney and Universal. Any suggestions on a nice place. Since I am having to get two rooms I would like something reasonable. Thanks

Sounds like the Downtown Disney Hotels would be a good fit for you. There are 7 of them, they all have free bus service to the parks that runs every 30 minutes. They are having a sale that ends today:
