We are arriving really late and have figure to save money on adding one more day to our rental to the tune of $47+additional night at CBR we'll stay where we can get a free airport shuttle near MCO.

Any suggestions?

I came on here looking for the same thing. On our last day we want to stay offisit since our cheapest flight is going to be out at 8 in the morning the next day. So we need a hotel with shuttle service to the airport early in the morning too.

We stayed at La Quinta near MCO. We stayed the 1st night when we got in real late - had to take a taxi - shuttle was closed for the night. We stayed before our return home flight that left very early. It was a nice hotel and had a very good breakfast.

We are arriving late (tonight :cool1:) and I "named my own price on Priceline" I bid $42 and got 2 rooms at the Hyatt inside the airport for a total of $102. :cool1: So no shuttle necessary. I just used bidding help that I found on Biddingfortravel.com. I used the same method for our trip in June and got the Marriott near the airport. They also have a shuttle.

We use Sheraton Suites airport hotel. There is free shuttle service. Rooms have seperate seating area and micro and fridge. Cannot beat the comfort of these beds.:thumbsup2 Check with Bidding like previous post suggestion or sometimes spg.com actually has great rate.

WOW, thats awesome!
I used Hotwire and got it for 79/1 room and was THRILLED with that!! Have paid more than 220 on past! Great hotel though and SO convenient!!

I also stayed at the La Quinta earlier this year when we had an early flight out. It was $52 I think for the room. They had a shuttle, but we ended up taking a cab for like $10 anyway. Of course if you can get one of those deals on the Hyatt in the airport, I would choose that anyday...

Damn I paid $45/night and I thought that was a steal. haha

After checking winning bids on Priceline at www.biddingfortravel.com, I bid and have won the Marriott (now 3 1/2*) and both of the Amerisuites (at 2 1/2*) which I love for their breakfast. We almost always do this if we have a late flight into Orlando, or an early flight out.

I was thrilled with the $60 that I got the Hyatt for in October 2009. DH thinks that I am a travel goddess when i told him what I paid versus "regular" rate.
I am not brave enough to use Priceline "Name your Own Price" for anything more than a one night stay, but will definitely use it in the case of preflight travel.

First time we'll be staying at Travelodge Inn and Suites Orlando Airport in Dec 09. They have free Airport shuttle and also scheduled shuttle to Universal Orlando & Seaworld $7/pp RT...free internet ~ one of many amenities that is offered. $58.50 one nite. :thumbsup2: Thought it was a good deal -

Warning: I suspect the other posters here are referring to the La Quinta Inn and Suites off Semoran, but there is another La Quinta in the area that is not a suites hotel and is an absolute disgusting hellhole. If you stay at the La Quinta, be sure to choose the right one! Try Priceline...just be sure to bid on hotels at the top star level and you won't get the scumhole.

The La Quinta I was referring to is located on Frontage Rd just off Semoran...

We got the Wingate Orlando Airport from Priceline for the night before our flight back home last Novemeber- we paid $63. The room was beautiful- had fridge/microwave- real mugs/glass glasses- good coffee. The breakfast was fantastic the next morning- huge and everything in the hotel was very clean and new looking. We did not use the aiport shuttle so I don't know how it is.
