hotel near ballpark

We are driving down to spend a week at Disney but have a couple of days before to kill. We are going to watch an Astros game in Kissimmee (sp?). Are there any nice hotels kind of in between the two. I know they aren't that far apart so I guess any hotel would do. I would prefer one with a hot breakfast if possible.

It looks like the stadium is off 192, if that's true there are lots and lots of hotels in this area. on a map it looks like the stadium is close to disney and even a disney resort would be close. I would look for something on 192 and close to john young parkway, to be centrally located.

They're not that far away from each other to require staying at a different hotel in my opinion.Also keep in mind that the area east of 535 on 192 is pretty sketchy in many places,west of 535 as you start to get closer to Disney it does get better.Kissimmee was where people stayed in the 70's and 80's when Disney didn't have 25 hotels and the International Drive and Lake Buena Vista areas had less tourist traffic and hotels.Over the years 192 in Kissimmee has degraded the further away you get from Disney.If you drive by you'll see a few remaining old motels that you definitely don't want to stay in and closed restaurants everywhere.west of 535 there are still a few hotels I would recommend like the Comfort Suites next to Old Town and close to Celebrations entrance.This hotel also has a pretty good breakfast buffet.

Just stay close to Disney and then drive to Osceola Stadium. It will take no longer than 20 minutes. You will want to stay closer to Disney and be in a nicer area.
