I booked a room at the Orlando airport since our flight is so late. I forgot the name and can't find the phone number. I want to call and confirm our room.
Anyone know the name and have the ph. number?

There is also an Embassy Suites at the Orlando airport as we are staying there in January, and Travelocity shows 13 other hotels at the airport in addition to the ES.

Hope CarolA and DMOMof3 are mindreaders or part of your travel group/cruise.

We too stayed Friday night at the Hyatt at Orlando airport. A little expensive, but after a long flight it was great not to have to travel further to accomodation. Also, we left our suitcases outside the door on the Sat morning (with Disney tags) and they miraculously appeared at our stateroom on the Magic! Wonderful! Would recommend it. Nat

We are staying at the Hyatt the night before our cruise in February. Did you use Disney transportation to get to the port? I am asking because we are using Happy Limo to get to the port. I am not clear if we can leave our luggage out in the hall with the DCL tags on them and have them taken to the ship for us if we are not using Disney transportation. That would be really convenient!

I believe that the luggage service is included in the cost of the transfers, so you would have to bring your luggage with you in the limo. You may be able to leave your luggage outside the door and have them collect it, trusting that they aren't operating off of some kind of list and are just taking all the luggage which has cruise line tags, but to me that's taking an awful leap of faith. Probably better just to take your luggage with you to be sure you have it on the ship.

I agree with Lloyd,,, I wouldn't take the chance of leaving your luggage outside your room. I would take it with you and give it to the porters at the Port and have them take care of it for you.

But never having been there, can't say I've done that (YET).
