Hotel Kingdom?

Does anyone have an email to send a complaint to Hotel Kingdom? I tried using Planet Feedback but they do not have Hotel Kingdom nor Discount Hotels America in their directory.

I have tried calling several times to get the situation worked out but they keep giving me a person in accounting that doesn't return my calls. I had to cancel my reservation for 12-18-04 and did so on the 10th and they still charged me $153.30. I should have only been charged $10 to cancel!!

I would be patient. Perhaps the accounting person is on vacation. I had to cancel with one of the hurricanes and they made it good. It took a little while, but hotelkingdom is usually pretty good about these things.

Unfortunately she's not on vacation. I have spoken to her this week but she told me she'd have to call me back within a couple hours but I had to leave for a funeral viewing. I told her to please leave a msg on my answering machine and since then have only been able to leave her voicemails.

Word of advice when dealing with a cancellation....believe nothing they tell you and get all names, first and last, that you deal with!!!

the person who started Hotelkingdom use to post here - but it has been at least a year - since they did. I am sorry you are going through this.

Keep trying. We had to cancel and reschedule in 2002 and didn't have a problem. It does say in the terms (at least for the property we stayed at) that you had to cancel both at the property and Hotel Kingdom. Did you pay with a credit card? You can always file a dispute. Good luck.
