We booked our hotel room, off property, months ago so it wouldn't sell out at the hotel we really wanted. The room rates dropped shortly after that and I emailed them and they lowered them and sent us a new confirmation, it was only lowered by approximately 5.00 a night. Well, then it lowered again by a few dollars so I emailed them and kindly asked if they could readjust our rate, and they did. Now that were are days away from leaving the rates have dropped by almost 18.00 a night!!! Is it too much to ask to have them drop our rates again? I realize that Orlando took a bit of a hit from the Hurricanes and I feel bad asking them to give us the lower rate as I'm sure they are lowering it to fill the hotel, but it would save us over 100.00.....that's quite a chunk of our budget that we'd otherwise spend in Orlando anyhow.....what would you do?
