Hotel Kindgom

Has anyone used this before? Were the accomodations what you expected? Any hidden fees? Anything else I should know? TIA!

We used them this Feb to book Cypress Pointe, phase 1. They were fine, no hidden fees. Close to arrival date, I called the resort directly and made a few requests.

What I like about Hotel Kingdom is they have a number to call.

We have used them twice and once had to cancel the reservation we had no problems at all they were great.

How was Cypress Pointe? That is the resort I was looking at booking. I would like to see if I like it enough to get a resale at phase I. I thought by staying there, that would give me the best opportunity to really experience it.

CP was super! The condo was one of the best places I have stayed... and that includes the Hard Rock Hotel at US!!! It was clean,spacious, and the whirlpool tub was the best after a long day of walking at WDW. The rooms are decorated very nicely and we had a unit that looked out over the volcano pool... so our kids could go out to swim while we watched from out screened balcony!! (our kids are older). I just wish they had a shuttle, since DH would like to sleep in, and I am an early riser (only at Disney!LOL!). We had a car, but it would have been easier to split up if there had been a shuttle! But the drive to WDW was quick and easy. We booked thru Hotelkingdom.com, and had no problems! And we booked 3 days before our arrival! Have a great trip!!

The resales at CP seem to be priced well. What I liked most about it, it was small and everything was within walking distance. Also their matainance was great. Any problem and they are there immediately.

We have used hotelkingdom twice to book our stay at Cypress Pointe and then at the Grande Villa section. We would definately use hotelkingdom again. Our experience at Cypress Pointe was great we thoroughly enjoyed our stay both times. My personal preference was for the Grande Villas, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to phase I. The only thing you don't get when booking through hotelkingdom is daily maid service, although you can get it for an extra fee. We actually preferred not having it. They did come by after seven nights and offered to clean our room and change the bedding.

A definate thumbs up for both hotelkingdom and Cypress Pointe!

Have used hotelkingdom several times- never a problem. I always check them first before booking anything.
