What is the best deal anyone has heard of for lodging ... I want to stay at a moderate or better hotel... what can I expect to pay per night late September time? Are there good deals to look into that would make it possible to stay in deluxe vs. mod?

Currently the best deals for September are room-only discounts of 30% off at most of the deluxe resorts (20% at GF and Poly) and 25% off the mods (except POFQ). There is also a free dining offer, but that may not be a good deal at the mods or deluxes, depending on the number and dining preferences of your party.

All of these are of course subject to availability. These offers have been out there for a while, so you may find some difficulty finding availability for your dates, unless you can be flexible.
