Hotel Indigo vs The Anaheim Hotel

I am going to DL at the end of October with my 17 year old daughter. I currently have reservations for a room at the Hotel Indigo and a remodeled room at the Anaheim Hotel. The Anaheim Hotel is closer and is about $80 cheaper, but the reviews seems so-so. Cleanliness is a HUGE issue for me and is more important than some other amenities.

Has anyone here stayed in the remodeled rooms at the Anaheim Hotel? What did you think?

How far of a walk is it from Hotel Indigo to DL. For the most part we are fast walkers.
