A little bit of everything. you make your own Waffles, fruits, muffins, eggs, toast- with jellies, biscuts, cereals - hot and cold, sausage, bacon, juices, milk, coffee. I can't remember everything, but I'll tell you this - When we traveled we went with another family. My husband (along the other family are Vegetarians - We ALL had plenty to eat everyday. This was a money saver for us because we ate "snacks" (we bought) at the park and only had to pay for a good dinner. Both Residence Inn and Amerisuites have "Bountiful" Breakfast so either one are worth it (although Amerisuites tend to be cheaper) . We rented a car, the shuttle service appeared to be too crowded. Also, the pools were VERY crowded so we didn't swim there. We went to Wet N Wild and Watermania. Both hotels are clean and the room set up is predictable (rooms look almost exactly the same no matter where you go). That is the only two hotels my family stays in when we travel on family vacations. Also, I heard that Homewood has almost the same set up. I think Homewood and Amerisuites are affililated.
